Hi There! I’m
Ibrahim Alhabarneh (Abe),
Senior Product Designer @ Washington, D.C.
Designing human-centered digital experiences that simplify complexity, elevate accessibility, and connect people with purpose across healthcare, fintech, and global platforms.
With 15+ years of experience shaping digital products that simplify complexity and create trust between people and technology.
After over a decade designing across fintech, enterprise healthcare, and global platforms, I now focus on building systems that balance human needs with business logic, crafting clarity from complexity and designing with empathy, accessibility, and measurable impact in mind.
I started my design journey long before job titles defined it! experimenting with interfaces, understanding how people think, and finding beauty in structure. Over the years, I’ve led cross-functional teams, built scalable design systems, and turned data-heavy workflows into effortless user experiences that drive adoption and engagement.
I believe great design is a conversation between empathy and logic. My process is grounded in research, collaboration, and iteration, ensuring every interaction not only looks good but works beautifully.
Originally from Jordan, now based in the DC Metro area, I bring a global mindset and curiosity to every project. Outside of work, you’ll probably find me hosting karaoke nights, exploring new cuisines, or traveling to somewhere that inspires new ideas.
Let’s connect and create experiences that truly make a difference.

Selected Work
Here is a sample of user-centric design initiatives I’ve worked on.
Case Study
Progressive Registration: Redefining Onboarding for Millions at MoneyGram
As Lead UX Designer, I led the end-to-end redesign of a clinical workflow platform used by over 10,000 healthcare professionals. The project focused on simplifying complex data dashboards into clear visual summaries, improving accessibility to meet WCAG 2.1 standards, and creating a scalable design system integrated into AEM. Through field research and close collaboration with clinicians, we reduced task completion time by 35% and delivered a more intuitive, efficient, and inclusive user experience.

"In 2023/4, Ibrahim and I worked together on the digital experience team for 3M and later 3M’s spin-off, Solventum. As a designer, he had a wide-ranging skill set and job responsibilities working on everything from creating and managing the design system to conducting user research. His skills in both UI/UX design and UX research were evident in my work with him and as a UX researcher myself, I can attest to the strength of both his design and research skills. I always enjoyed working on projects with Ibrahim since I knew that these projects would always focus on working together to find the best solution for our users. It was really in these collaborative spaces that Ibrahim’s skills really shine. Ultimately, Ibrahim is a skilled designer whose abilities will be a boon to any company that hires him."
